Sometimes, we feel stuck…or face challenges. We may know exactly what’s wrong and other times we only have the nagging sense that something is “off.” We can help you to understand more clearly what's going on, the roots of less-then-helpful narratives, and build a more balanced way to move through your world. Learning about, and removing the obstacles holding you back, helps you to make better choices, turn goals into realities, improve the health of your relationships, and find a greater sense of peace in your day-to-day.
Creating change & shifting energy
Internal 'stories' and dialogs form the core of who we are - sometimes these can actually hold you back! No one wants to be held back by internal dialog that's not helpful. We focus on your current life - what's going on between sessions, and the dynamics happening during the sessions.
We believe that therapy or coaching can, and should, have a very practical approach that allows you to understand more experientially what drives you and inhibits you, and to identify & bring out more of what propels you forward.
