How to get started & What to expect

Please take advantage of the free consultation!  We'd love to talk to you about what your looking for and see if what we offer is a good fit for your needs!  Sometimes making that first contact is the hardest step -

Once you decide you're ready to schedule your first full session, we'll send you a link to paperwork through our secure platform, Simple Practice. Included in this is a short intake form. If you are a couple, you will each receive your own packet of information. This information is not shared between the couple unless you choose to share it with your partner. Also in the intake packet is a credit cared form - if you choose to pay this way. This isn't required, and other arrangements for payment can be made. 

 

Once you are logged into Simple Practice, you will be able to schedule or change appointments and upload or receive documents throughout our time together. 

 

You can enjoy the sessions from the convenience of your own home through our video platform.

 

As a client, we encourage you to reach out between sessions if you have a question or something comes up. We are open to receiving texts or calls between sessions. If you leave a voicemail we will call you back as soon as possible. 

 

We are out of network providers. Janice's services may be covered through a superbill if your insurance covers out of network services. She will provide the necessary paperwork for reimbursement.
